Centurian is a comprehensive soccer club management platform that helps teams of all sizes manage rosters, track player injuries, monitor availability, and store contracts in one central place.
Centurian plans to offer three pricing tiers: Grassroots ($9.99/month), Academy ($24.99/month), and Professional ($49.99/month). Annual billing options are available with significant savings. You can view our full pricing details on our home page. At the moment, we are only offering the Grassroots plan for $9.99/month.
No, you can register for Centurian without entering payment information. You can explore the platform and choose your subscription plan after signing up.
The number of teams you can manage depends on your subscription plan. The Grassroots plan allows 3 team rosters, Academy plan supports 10 teams, and the Professional plan offers unlimited teams.
The Grassroots plan gives you a pool of 40 players total that can be assigned to any of your 3 teams, along with 10 staff members and 40 guardian accounts. Players can be on multiple teams with different roles. Academy allows 100 of each, and Professional allows unlimited.
Currently, Centurian does not support importing player data from external systems. However, we are actively working on this feature and plan to support CSV imports and data migration services in a future release. Please stay tuned for updates on this functionality.
Absolutely! Centurian works on all devices, including smartphones and tablets. We also offer native mobile apps for iOS and Android for an enhanced mobile experience.
Security is our top priority. We conduct regular security audits, and maintain strict access controls to protect your data. All information is stored on secure servers with regular backups.
Yes, players can be given limited access to the system to update their availability, view team schedules, and receive notifications. Player access permissions are configurable by team administrators. Admins can link player accounts to the player entity in the system for granular access control.
