Account deletion help

You can start account deletion from the shared web workflow or inside the mobile app. The same verification email works in both places, so confirmation and cancellation stay in one backend workflow instead of splitting by platform.

If you no longer have access to your email address, contact support. We may be able to help after billing verification using the card's last four digits, an invoice reference, and billing address confirmation.
